NUTRITION PROJECT.

Nutrition is a very important issue in our  healthy lifestyle. Thanks to the Mediterranean diet our life expectancy is the highest of Europe. Unfortunately, too many Spanish children and teens are changing these habits and they do not receive the suitable  nutrients needed to be healthy.  After completing this web quest and learning about the nutrients, food pyramid, and dietary guidelines, you will do  a report in order to improve the feeding habits of  many Spanish teenagers.

PROCESS:

Follow the process  and gather information to answer questions.  Once you have gathered the information, you will write a report that has two articles, a sample menu for an average 13-15 years old and a video that explains your presentation.
